We built, and sell, the software a tax or bookkeeping firm runs its whole practice on: every client, the work on them, the files, the conversation with the client, and the bill.

One workspace for running a tax or bookkeeping firm.
The one product on this page that is ours rather than a client's. Firm OS puts a firm's clients, its work, its documents, its client conversations and its invoicing in one place, with a strict boundary on who can see which client. Firms sign up and start a trial themselves, and their own clients get a portal branded as the firm, never as Claorova.

We built a system that keeps every Google and Outlook calendar you live on in lockstep: a meeting on any one of them instantly marks you Busy on all the others, without ever leaking titles, people, or links.

Every calendar. One clear week. No double-booking.
A privacy-first availability engine for people who run work, school, and business across separate Google and Microsoft identities. A blocking event on any connected calendar writes a private Busy block onto every other writable calendar in the sync group; moves, cancels, declines, and free/busy flips propagate in seconds. Locked-down corporate Outlook tenants that refuse API access still participate through published ICS feeds. Calendly needs no special integration: it books against one anchor calendar, and the engine fills the rest.

An internal tax-preparation engine for an established US accounting firm. A vision-AI layer extracts data from W-2s, 1099s, and K-1s, while a separate deterministic engine applies every bracket, deduction, and credit as auditable law-as-code, so no AI-generated number ever lands on a return line. Every figure carries a provenance trail and a mandatory staff review before filing.

We built a simulator that stress-tests computer-chip supply chains to find where they would break under real-world uncertainty, so planners can prepare before it actually happens.

A numerical simulation engine that models a three-stage semiconductor supply chain, from fabrication to die bank to assembly, operating under uncertain manufacturing yields. It runs hundreds of controlled optimization experiments that sweep uncertainty levels, pinpoints the tipping points where ignoring uncertainty starts costing real profit and service, and distills the results into a clear decision rule.
